Events outside of SKREKO’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers,Pandemic (Corona or other viruses) or government decision that affects the market and product negatively. In such instances, Smart Living will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
SKREKO DOO reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, SKREKO DOO has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

PAYMENT
All products remain the property of SKREKO DOO until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase product from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given.

LOCAL TAXES
